During the process of business growth some items can take up to 2 weeks for delivery - I have to order some items, they then get sent to me, and then to you - If you need something in a hurry please let me know and I will do my best to meet your deadline. I know it is incredibly hard to wait for fun new items to arrive-Please know I am doing my best to offer a better turn around time - which will happen as the warehouse fills up! Also some items are subject to availability from the manufacturers. So I appreciate your patience and understanding while SCS grows.

Payment Options Money Orders, Cashier's Checks,Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal are all acceptable forms of paymet at SCS. If you select Money Order/cashier's check, payment is expected within 14 days of ordering. Your Order will ship as soon as payment is received and the product is in stock. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 15 business days. If using Paypal a 5% paypal fee will be added to cover fees that paypal charges.

Shipping & Handling Stop Crop & Shop ships anywhere in the world, within US government restrictions. I ship Fed Ex, DHL, UPS and USPS -- the choice is yours. Shipping charges are based on shipping destination, package weight, and carrier. I will gladly combine orders in a priority flat rate box for $9.60 <which includes delivery confirmation> when possible. Important information for orders shipping outside the United States: All orders shipped outside of the United States will contain the required customs documentation, will be clearly labeled as merchandise, and will include the value of the contents. This is a legal requirement. You will be responsible for any duty or import taxes charged by your country.  Please be aware that once your package is shipped, it is completely outside of our control. International shipments can take as long as four to six weeks and sometimes even longer. I generally ship Global Priority mail but am willing to use other methods per customers request.  PLEASE NOTE THE SHIPPING PRICES ON THE WEBSITE DO NOT REFLECT INTERNATIONAL RATES - I will send you a quote.   Questions? Returns At Stop Crop & Shop  Customer Satifaction is Key! Any problem with your order can be addressed by contacting Shonna Ausbourne at (360) 853-2010.  Returns are accepted for  exchanges or defective products only, must be accompanied with the original packing slip or invoice, and returned in original packaging.  Shipping back to SCS is at the customers expense. Claims for defective product and/or returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product if in USA and 30 for all other countries  for a refund or exchange. Books and software are non-refundable, but if defective may be exchanged for a replacement of the same book or software title.  All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. IMPORTANT: Returns do not need to be pre-authorized, but they must be accompanied by the packing slip or invoice, with the reason for the return indicated. The returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. If the return does not meet these conditions, Stop Crop & Shop can not issue a refund. If the items are then to be returned to you, you will be charged the return shipping charges. You may want to insure your return for a guarantee of your item(s) and for your own piece of mind as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
